100mls   1% Nitric acid                     150 ml bottle

 

400mls   Developing solution (add formalin immediately before class)   500 ml Bottle

 

100mls   10% Acetic acid                  150 ml bottle

 

40mls     Blocking solution                 50  ml bottle

 

50mls     1g/L Silver nitrate (prepare immediately before class)         100 ml bottle

               (  Waste  container  ) Dilute 1/1000 then flush to drain.

 

5mls       Enhanced chemiluminescent reagent (kept dark) – ECL -  brown glass bottle

 

15mls     Antibody solution (RC20H)

 

7ul          Molecular weight marker on ice
